Using TeraTerm

Follow the RAMN website's page on `TeraTerm <https://ramn.readthedocs.io/en/latest/userguide/usb_tutorial.html#windows>`_.
Once set up, you should be able to send the command “^” over USB, and the RAMN should send a flag.
